📦 Returns Made Simple

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The fragrance must be unused and unopened

Any original seals or cellophane must remain intact

The item must be in its original packaging and resaleable condition

Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back within 7 days.


🧴 Important Product Information

Fragrances are considered sealed goods. For hygiene and authenticity reasons:

We cannot accept returns on any opened or used products

Removing the seal or packaging confirms acceptance of the item

As fragrance is highly personal, we recommend reviewing scent notes and descriptions before purchasing.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns if:

The item has been opened, used, or sprayed

The original packaging is missing or damaged

The return request is made after 14 days of delivery

The product is not in a condition suitable for resale


⚠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

A replacement (subject to availability), or

A full refund, including any applicable shipping costs


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

Funds are returned via your original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked and insured service

SniffSupreme cannot be held responsible for:

Lost or damaged returns during transit

Items that are not successfully returned to us

Courier delays outside our control

Parcels marked as delivered by the courier
